I appreciated that they accepted dogs, which made traveling with my pet much easier.

The location felt unsafe, with several people approaching me before I made it to my room.

    dog-friendly hotel

    unsanitary conditions

The hotel accepted dogs, which made traveling with my pet much easier.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was incredibly frustrating as the clerk seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I was also met with an unfriendly atmosphere throughout my stay, which made it uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with stains on the carpet and poorly maintained bathroom facilities.

    uncomfortable bed
    unfriendly owner

the unfriendliness of the owner was just remarkable, knocking at my door at 10:40am like I was a nuisance. not to mention the uncomfortable bed that felt like a rock, what a lovely touch. i thought as a private guest I might receive some complimentary gesture, but clearly, that was too much to ask. almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn’t.

    occasional noise

The room was comfy and had a nice kitchenette that made it easy to grab a quick bite. It was nice to unwind by the small pool. There was a cozy lounge area to relax in. The only downside was some occasional noise from the nearby road, but it didn't ruin my stay. 🌟

    Solo travelers might be cautious

Good location with a remodeled room. Check-in was a bit of a nightmare, the guy was like a zombie and didn't believe I messed up my reservation. But after some back-and-forth, he actually sorted it all out with the owner.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I guess it was acceptable.

    great location
    initial room mix-up

The place was clean with newly renovated rooms. We loved being close to areas like the local museum and a great golf course. It was super convenient for our weekend adventure. We had a mini fridge and microwave, making it easy to snack in between our outings.

We had a small hiccup with our non-smoking room at first since they initially placed us in a smoking one, but it got resolved without much fuss.

    Disappointing experience overall

I stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room, Non-Smoking. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, as there were noticeable stains on the carpet and the bathroom wasn't properly maintained. Additionally, I didn't receive the WiFi password upon arrival, and the office was frequently locked, which made the check-in process frustrating.

It was just a reliable pick for a weekend adventure in Las Cruces with incredible value for money. The Weather Channel kept me entertained during downtime. Avoid the check-in rush to make it easier.
